Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Process payroll and manage employee benefits,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements,Monitor cash flow and budgeting,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights,Manage vendor and customer accounts,Prepare and present financial reports to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK),Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluent in English and Indonesian
