📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Prepare and present audit reports to the management team, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of improvement within the organization.,Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and evidence for audits.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all audit activities and findings.,Provide support in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues and senior management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
