📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction and development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, proposing effective solutions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and proposals for new projects.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing project files.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and development projects, with a strong background in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
