📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist sales consultants in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Stock merchandise, manage inventory, and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and through various marketing channels.,Assist in organizing sales events, promotions, and displays to attract customers.,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space to create a pleasant shopping experience.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
