📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee legal matters for the group, holding company, and subsidiaries
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Manage legal risks and liabilities
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations
- Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends
- Provide training and guidance to in-house legal teams
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or commercial environment
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international business laws
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
