📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.
  • Ensure all vehicles are in good condition and comply with safety regulations.
  • Oversee the maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing of all vehicles.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and cost, implementing measures to reduce expenses.
  • Coordinate with drivers and ensure they follow safety protocols and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.
  • Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment.
  • Provide support to the Fleet Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian.
