📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Triage and assess incoming patients to determine the urgency of their condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
• Provide first aid and emergency care to patients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an ER Nurse or in a similar role
• Certification as an Emergency Nurse (Bidan Darurat) or equivalent
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar
• Familiarity with emergency medical procedures and protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
