📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday to manage our hiring processes efficiently.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking events, and referrals.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure we find the right fit for each role.
• Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain and update our employee records and HR policies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and retaining top talent.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
