📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring that all sales targets are met.,Manage and develop the store team, providing coaching, training, and support to help them reach their full potential.,Ensure that our stores are well-stocked and that all products are presented in an attractive and organized manner.,Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.,Assist in the development and implementation of store initiatives and promotions.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that our stores comply with all relevant laws and regulations.,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases and any other inquiries they may have.,Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support store initiatives and promotions.
