📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the clinic's cash flow, including daily cash collections, deposits, and bank reconciliations.,Ensure accurate and efficient processing of patient payments, insurance claims, and other financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Supervise and train junior cashiers and administrative staff in financial procedures and customer service.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including cash logs, receipts, and other documentation.,Collaborate with the clinic's management team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on clinic's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or financial role in a healthcare or related setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive financial matters with discretion.,Proficiency in using financial software and accounting systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Leadership and team management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
