Zone New Group is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Canggu. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock.,Process customer orders, manage returns, and handle exchanges.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the store's physical layout.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their needs and inquiries.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and meet sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.,Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Familiarity with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
