Nusantara Telecom is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing the structural integrity of our telecommunication infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a passion for innovation. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural components of telecommunication towers and infrastructure.,Ensure compliance with local and national building codes and standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement structural solutions.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to field engineers.,Prepare detailed reports and technical drawings for project documentation.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural engineering and technology.,Mentor and train junior engineers as needed.,Participate in project reviews and provide technical expertise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the telecommunication industry.,Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and standards.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with remote work tools and collaboration platforms.,Valid professional engineering license is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Advanced knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.Experience with telecommunication infrastructure and its unique structural challenges.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications and drawings.Experience with project management and coordination.Proficiency in English for communication and documentation purposes.
