Cellarmasters is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive or Assistant Manager to join our Riedel Sales & Marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the vibrant and growing wine and spirits industry in Bali. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and contributing to the overall success of our Riedel sales and marketing initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Manage and grow key accounts within the Riedel portfolio.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Riedel products effectively.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.,Provide regular sales reports and market insights to senior management.,Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Riedel products.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the wine and spirits industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.,Strong understanding of the Riedel product range and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.,Experience with CRM software is a plus.
