📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and sales activities.,Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and drive sales.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and inventory management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Operator or similar role in a retail environment.,Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales performance.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
