📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and goals.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement training programs for the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
