📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Manager in managing the daily operations of the outlet.,Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met.,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and provide feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel as required for business purposes.
