📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with industry regulations and client requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the quality and performance of installed systems.
• Prepare and submit reports, including progress reports, commissioning reports, and final handover documents.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on all projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning engineering or quantity surveying in the M&E sector.
• Certification in relevant industry standards, such as ISO, BSI, or ASHRAE.
• Proficiency in using project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or Oracle Primavera.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards relevant to Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
