📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes.,Monitor production output and quality to meet established standards and targets.,Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to prevent breakdowns and downtime.,Inspect and test machinery components to ensure they are functioning correctly.,Collaborate with the production team to optimize machinery performance and productivity.,Document machinery operations, maintenance, and repairs for record-keeping purposes.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures to protect personnel and equipment.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.,Knowledge of machinery operation, maintenance, and repair procedures.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to machinery operations.,Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
