📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the care and treatment of patients in accordance with medical orders and hospital policies.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
  • Assist in performing routine nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and injections.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized patient room.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse.
  • Valid nursing license and certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
