📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control food and beverage inventory.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.,Monitor and optimize restaurant performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
