📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Triage and assess incoming patients to determine the urgency of their condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
- Provide first aid and emergency care to patients
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an ER Nurse or in a similar role
- Certification as an Emergency Nurse (Bidan Darurat) or equivalent
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar
- Familiarity with emergency medical procedures and protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
