📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to achieve the company's financial goals.,Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.,Monitor and control cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and opportunities for revenue growth.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.
