Nest Food Indonesia is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity to contribute to our growing company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
