📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in conducting employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
