📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking mileage, and ensuring vehicles are in optimal condition.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods and personnel.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance activities.
  • Handle and resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel as required.
