📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and morale.,Handle operational budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.,Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
