📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Screen and evaluate job applicants through phone screens, interviews, and assessments.,Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified applicants.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
