📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Providing technical support to employees and resolving IT issues promptly.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware and software.
• Ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems.
• Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Assisting with network infrastructure and connectivity issues.
• Providing training and documentation to end-users.
• Collaborating with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in using IT support tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
