📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Check guests in and out, and verify their identification and reservation details.,Answer and direct guest inquiries, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Operate the front desk reception system, including check-in/check-out procedures and payment processing.,Assist with room assignments and ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with computer systems and basic software applications.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Customer service-oriented mindset and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
