📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the cashiering team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure accurate financial transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor and report cashiering activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashiering area.
• Handle cash deposits and ensure proper reconciliation of bank statements.
• Promote and uphold the company's values and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a food service environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and financial software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Previous experience in a bakery or restaurant is a plus.
