📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales promotion strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth.,Manage and coordinate the sales promotion team, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and analyze sales promotion performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales promotion activities align with overall business goals.,Create and manage sales promotion budgets, ensuring they are allocated effectively and efficiently.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales promotion, and share insights with the team.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and learn from others in the field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales promotion, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of sales promotion strategies, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales promotion software.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
