In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
