📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide updates on the recruitment process
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives
  • Maintaining and updating the company's applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Providing feedback to candidates and assisting in the onboarding process for successful hires
  • Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment experience for all candidates
  • Monitoring and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
