🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong understanding of HR practices and policies,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions,Strong problem-solving skills
