📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Identifying and evaluating risks and compliance issues,Preparing and presenting audit reports and recommendations to senior management,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits,Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures,Providing training and guidance to junior auditors,Monitoring and reviewing audit findings to ensure corrective actions are taken

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA) is a plus,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficient in using audit software and tools,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
