In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing Key Opinion Leaders to drive our influencer marketing campaigns. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify, recruit, and manage a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support our influencer marketing campaigns.,Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain KOLs, ensuring they align with our brand values and marketing goals.,Monitor and analyze the performance of KOLs to measure the impact of our influencer marketing efforts.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that leverage the influence of KOLs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team to inform decision-making and strategy development.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing and social media.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with other professionals and learn from their experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a network of Key Opinion Leaders.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong project management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and culture is a plus.
