📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Assess and evaluate patient conditions, and develop and implement individualized care plans.,Coordinate and supervise the activities of nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to healthcare standards.,Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Certification as a registered nurse (RN) in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software.🛠️ Keahlian
