📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Assist in inventory management and ordering processes.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local market trends is an advantage.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid ID card and work permit.
