You will work closely with the Hajj Operations Team, leveraging your expertise in logistics management, communication, and problem-solving to overcome challenges and maintain high standards of service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize Hajj logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and food services for pilgrims.
• Coordinate with local authorities, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement operational protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for Hajj operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to pilgrims and address their concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on operational best practices.
• Utilize tools such as SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace for efficient operations management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing Hajj or similar large-scale events.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations and guidelines for Hajj operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
