📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit customers to collect payments and ensure timely repayments
- Use FCMS to track and manage customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Submit regular reports on collections and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the collections team to achieve daily and monthly targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in collections or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
